Christmas

We had a WONDERFUL Christmas!!

Charlie REFUSED to go near Santa. I don't blame him. I was extremely disappointed. This year's Santa that we went to was horrible. I would even go as far as saying he was a huge JERK. Joshua didn't seem to notice so that's good.

Christmas Eve the kids and I went to the Christmas service at our church. Joshua was so bored he was beside himself. I thought it was wonderful. Lots of music. Thank God they had a childcare room for Charlie's age set up! Last Sunday was a "Family Service" at church. I don't think I ever heard what the pastor was saying. I did manage to hear that the Sunday service before Christmas is the only one without childcare for the year. I'll be sure to skip that one next year! :-)
Christmas Eve night the boys got to open a present. I always got new jammies and wanted to do that for my kids too.

This was the setup they woke up to on Christmas morning! I loved being Santa.

Joshua got a nerf dart gun that at first wasn't working properly. I caught Brandon staring down the barrel which made me give out a rather loud chuckle. He laughed too when he realized what I was laughing at.

I got both the boys their very own bibles. Charlie was showing his to Brandon.

It took Charlie a few minutes to understand that now it was ok to touch and open the presents. Once he got the hang of it he went to town.

One of my mom and dad's gifts to themselves was getting us a webcam! Now they can see us and the kiddos. They had me go pick it up before Christmas so they could watch us on Christmas morning.

It's Falon! She's going through a major growth spurt. Not only is she growing out of clothes left and right, she's also doing new things every day. Now she can reach out and grab things and put them in her mouth. She's starting to chuckle and trying to sit up. Won't be long before I'm taking her picture in her prom dress!

And that's our Christmas story!!!

I just have to share a few more things.
I've discovered Falon loves riding on my back when I do housework. She'll be absolutely silent for up to 2 hours! She's such an easy baby anyway I hardly need to keep her happy, but between her and Charlie I need a little help sometimes. Lol. ;0)

This is what we call Falon's boo face. It's the warning before the meltdown.
Isnt' she adorable?

That's it for now. Hope everyone has a wonderful (and safe) New Year's Eve and Day. I'll be updating again soon to give our new address and maybe show some pics of the house we're moving to. Oh yeah, by the way, we're moving! That info coming soon....
